I emailed igaging and told them the problem last night. I said I'm a 90 year old widow, and could they help me out (Hey, it works for my Mom!) I'm just kidding, I didn't ask them for anything. Just for advice. I got a reply a couple of hours ago, with a link to instructions on how to recalibrate the cube.
